Online Tools Training

At this very moment, E-State Action Team leaders are logged into a webinar to learn how to use the E-State wiki and blog to support our teams.

Thanks, Karyn, for leading this webinar, and thanks to Nick from Everyday Democracy for hosting the training. Maybe we can offer this in the future to e-state action team members. It is a good opportunity to learn more about how to use some of these online tools that I expect we will all be working with more and more in the future

I have egg on my face. Somehow I mixed up today's date - thinking tomorrow was the 10th. Drat. I was looking forward to the webinar - how did it go?

Any chance to add action team leaders as blog authors - then we can post our work to date...

Thank you all for attending yesterday's webinar! It was great hearing from all of you. I appreciated your comments, questions and feedback. I felt like we were rushing a little bit when we were asking for feedback, so please send in any thoughts, questions, comments as you think of them.

Ellen - don't worry about missing the training! I'd love to speak with you on the phone or sit down with you one of these days and look over the tools together.

As for your question about action team leaders being blog authors - I completely agree. I have invited all of you and some have accepted. Ellen, I just resent your invitation. You need to click on the link or whatever it says in the email you'll get. Please do post an update on your team whenever it's convenient. And feel free to post any other items of interest, including articles, events, random thoughts, etc.
